How do I sign up as a seller?

Download the ZonkeVibe Seller app from Google Play or visit our seller website to create an account and complete your business profile. You'll get a free trial to start listing products and accepting orders. iOS coming soon.

Is ZonkeVibe available nationwide?

Yes, ZonkeVibe is available throughout South Africa. Sellers can set their service areas, and customers can discover local sellers in their communities.

How do payments work?

ZonkeVibe charges 0% commission on all sales. Payments go directly from customers to sellers — we never hold or take a cut of your money. Sellers can accept cash, card, EFT, or connect their own payment gateway (PayFast, Yoco). We only charge a simple monthly subscription fee.

What are the subscription costs?

We offer affordable monthly plans starting from R99/month, with a free trial to get started. No commission on sales, no hidden fees — just a straightforward monthly subscription. Visit our seller portal or download the app for detailed pricing.

Can I use ZonkeVibe for my restaurant?

Yes! ZonkeVibe supports restaurants with features like menu display, order management, and delivery/pickup options. You can even showcase your menu without enabling ordering.

How do I report an issue?
